For the Wings:
- 2 lbs chicken wings split into flats and drumettes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
For the Buffalo Sauce:
- 1/2 cup hot sauce e.g., Frank’s RedHot
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
- 1 tbsp honey optional
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
For Serving (Optional):
- 1/2 cup celery sticks
- 1/2 cup carrot sticks
- 1/4 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Preheat oven to 400°F; line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
Pat wings dry; toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Arrange wings on the rack; bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
Whisk hot sauce, melted butter, honey, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
Toss baked wings in sauce to coat evenly.
Serve hot with celery, carrots, dressing, and parsley.
