Ingredients
  

For the Wings:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings split into flats and drumettes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

For the Buffalo Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup hot sauce e.g., Frank’s RedHot
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tbsp honey optional
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

For Serving (Optional):

  • 1/2 cup celery sticks
  • 1/2 cup carrot sticks
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F; line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
  • Pat wings dry; toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Arrange wings on the rack; bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
  • Whisk hot sauce, melted butter, honey, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
  • Toss baked wings in sauce to coat evenly.
  • Serve hot with celery, carrots, dressing, and parsley.
