Ingredients
  

For the Nachos:

  • 1 bag 10 oz tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz salami thinly sliced
  • 4 oz prosciutto torn into pieces
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced pickled jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup diced cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp sliced cornichons small pickles
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

For Garnish (Optional):

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F; line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.
  • Spread half the tortilla chips on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with half the cheddar and mozzarella.
  • Layer salami, prosciutto, jalapeños, olives, tomatoes, and cornichons. Top with remaining cheeses and blue cheese.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheeses are melted.
  • Drizzle with sour cream; garnish with chives, parsley, and red pepper flakes.
  • Serve immediately on the baking sheet or a platter.
