Ingredients
  

For the Chicken:

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

For the Alfredo Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

For the Flatbread:

  • 2 large flatbreads or naan about 10 inches each
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning

For Garnish (Optional):

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • Red chili flakes

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium; cook garlic and chicken for 5-7 minutes (165°F). Season with salt and pepper; set aside.
  • In the skillet, melt butter; cook garlic for 1 minute. Add cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper; simmer 3-4 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 425°F; place flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  • Spread Alfredo sauce over flatbreads; top with chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
  • Garnish with parsley, basil, and chili flakes. Slice and serve hot.
