For the Chicken Filling:

For the Alfredo Sauce:

For the Monkey Bread:
2
16 oz cans refrigerated biscuit dough (16 biscuits)

cup
shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2
cup
grated Parmesan cheese
1
tsp
dried Italian seasoning

tbsp
olive oil
for brushing
For Garnish (Optional):

chopped fresh parsley

tbsp
chopped fresh basil

Instructions
Melt 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium; cook garlic and chicken for 5-7 minutes (165°F). Season with salt and pepper; cool slightly.
In the skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter; cook garlic for 1 minute. Add cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper; simmer 3-4 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F; grease a 10-inch bundt pan. Cut biscuits into quarters and flatten slightly.
Toss biscuit pieces with chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Layer in the bundt pan.
Brush with olive oil; bake for 25-30 minutes until golden. Cool for 5 minutes, then invert onto a plate.
Garnish with parsley, basil, and Parmesan. Serve hot.
