Ingredients
  

For the Marinade:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp lime zest
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp honey

For the Chicken:

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (6-8 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for grilling

For Garnish (Optional):

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 lime cut into wedges

Instructions
 

  • Whisk olive oil, lime juice, zest, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic, salt, pepper, and honey. Marinate chicken in a bag or dish for 30 minutes to 2 hours in the fridge.
  • Preheat grill to 400°F; brush grates with 1 tbsp olive oil.
  • Pat chicken dry; grill 6-8 minutes per side until 165°F. Rest 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with cilantro and lime wedges. Serve hot.
