For the Bolognese Sauce:

For the Ricotta Filling:

For Assembly:

no-boil lasagna noodles

Fresh basil
Instructions
Cook sausage and beef in oil until browned. Remove. Sauté onion, carrots, celery 8 minutes. Add garlic 1 minute.
Add wine; reduce by half. Add tomatoes, paste, herbs, salt, pepper. Return meat; simmer 1.5 hours.
Mix ricotta, spinach, egg, Parmesan, salt, pepper, nutmeg.
Preheat oven 375°F. Spread 1 1/2 cups sauce in 9x13 dish. Layer: 4 noodles, 1 cup ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, 1/2 cup Parmesan, 1 1/2 cups sauce (x3). Top with remaining cheeses.
Cover; bake 45 minutes. Uncover; bake 25-30 minutes. Rest 30 minutes. Garnish with basil.
