Ingredients
  

For the Skillet:

  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red chili flakes optional

For Garnish (Optional):

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • Extra Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium; cook kielbasa for 4-5 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • Sauté onion and garlic in the skillet for 2-3 minutes. Add broccoli and chicken broth; cover and steam for 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and chili flakes; simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  • Return kielbasa to the skillet; cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  • Garnish with parsley, chives, and Parmesan. Serve hot with rice or bread.
