Ingredients
For the Skillet:

kielbasa sausage
sliced into 1/4-inch rounds

broccoli florets
1
small onion
finely chopped
2
cloves
garlic
minced

tbsp
olive oil

heavy cream
1/2

grated Parmesan cheese
1/2

chicken broth

tsp
Dijon mustard

tsp
kosher salt

black pepper

tsp
red chili flakes

For Garnish (Optional):

chopped fresh parsley

tbsp
chopped fresh chives
Extra Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium; cook kielbasa for 4-5 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
Sauté onion and garlic in the skillet for 2-3 minutes. Add broccoli and chicken broth; cover and steam for 3-4 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and chili flakes; simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Return kielbasa to the skillet; cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Garnish with parsley, chives, and Parmesan. Serve hot with rice or bread.
