For the Crust:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup unflavored whey protein powder
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder optional
- 1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning optional
For Serving (Optional):
- Pizza toppings sauce, cheese, veggies, meats
- Fresh basil for garnish
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.
Whisk eggs and olive oil. Add almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, salt, and seasonings; mix into dough.
Press into 10-inch round on parchment, 1/4-inch thick.
Bake 10-12 minutes until golden. Add toppings; bake 8-10 minutes more.
Garnish with basil. Slice and serve.
