Ingredients
  

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unflavored whey protein powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder optional
  • 1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning optional

For Serving (Optional):

  • Pizza toppings sauce, cheese, veggies, meats
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.
  • Whisk eggs and olive oil. Add almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, salt, and seasonings; mix into dough.
  • Press into 10-inch round on parchment, 1/4-inch thick.
  • Bake 10-12 minutes until golden. Add toppings; bake 8-10 minutes more.
  • Garnish with basil. Slice and serve.
