Ingredients
  

  • For the Chicken:
  • 8 chicken drumsticks about 2 lbs, skin-on
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • For the Honey Glaze:
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • For Garnish Optional:
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  • Pat drumsticks dry; toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  • Whisk honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, mustard, garlic, and thyme in a small bowl.
  • Place drumsticks on the baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, brush with half the glaze, and bake 15-20 minutes more until 165°F.
  • Brush with remaining glaze and let rest for 5 minutes.
  • Serve hot, garnished with parsley and sesame seeds, with veggies or salad.
