For the Filling:

Instructions
Cook turkey, onion, and garlic in skillet 5-7 minutes. Add spices, salt, pepper, and beans; cook 2-3 minutes. Stir in cilantro.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Warm tortillas. Fill each with 1/4 cup mixture; roll and place in greased 9x13-inch dish.
Pour sauce over; top with cheese.
Bake 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
Garnish and serve.
