For the Cookies:
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies about 10 cookies
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
For Garnish (Optional):
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
- 2 tbsp crushed Oreo cookies
- 1 tbsp chocolate drizzle
Preheat oven to 375°F; line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt; add to wet mixture and mix until combined.
Fold in crushed Oreos, marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham crackers.
Scoop 2 tbsp dough per cookie; roll into balls and flatten slightly on baking sheets.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool on sheets for 5 minutes; transfer to a rack.
Garnish with marshmallows, Oreo crumbs, and chocolate drizzle. Serve warm or at room temperature.
