Ingredients
  

For the Cake Layers:

  • 1 prepared angel food cake store-bought or homemade, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup strawberry preserves

For the Creamy Pudding Layer:

  • 1 package 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

For the Topping:

  • 8 oz whipped topping e.g., Cool Whip
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries sliced

For Garnish (Optional):

  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries whole or halved
  • 2 tbsp white chocolate shavings

Instructions
 

  • Cut angel food cake into 1-inch cubes; place half in a 9x13-inch dish.
  • Toss sliced strawberries with preserves; spread half over cake cubes.
  • Whisk pudding mix with milk for 2 minutes; let sit for 5 minutes.
  • Beat cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and powdered sugar until smooth; fold into pudding.
  • Spread half the pudding mixture over strawberries; top with remaining cake, strawberries, and pudding.
  • Spread whipped topping over the top; garnish with strawberries and white chocolate shavings.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours; slice and serve chilled.
