Ingredients
For the Tots:

cup
cottage cheese
low-fat or full-fat
1/2
cup
almond flour
For Serving (Optional):
1/4
cup
ketchup or ranch dressing
Chopped fresh chives
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F or air fryer to 375°F. Drain cottage cheese in a strainer.
Mix cottage cheese and almond flour in a bowl until a dough forms.
Scoop 1-tbsp portions; roll into tots. Place on lined sheet or air fryer basket.
Bake 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway, or air fry 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway.
Garnish with chives. Serve with dipping sauce.
